Union First Mortgage has developed a system to capture potential home buyers in the beginning stages of their search process.  We contact them, set up with them a buyer education and preparation program which includes home buying tips, examining and correcting credit issues, loan pre-approval subject only to appraisal and proof of clean title.  Once the buyer is ready and motivated to buy, we refer them back to our Realtor Partners.
